Our lives have been become so messed up in this industrial world. Everyone is in a hurry and very fast. Trying to save time us more time. We used to work, study, travel from the morning to the evening.
This life full of hurry had made our mind dull and body sick. We need something which can improve our mental health as well as physical health and fortunately we have Yoga.
Yoga has an Indian origin and the meaning of yoga In the Hindi language is ‘connecting to god’. Practicing yoga does not take 1 or 2 hours it is a quick exercise yet very relaxing. We all must do at least 15 minutes of yoga every day to keep our body fit and our mind calm.

While traveling and working we want to eat something again and again even if we are not hungry. So, we drink a lot of coffee and eat fast food and it results in bad health. Yoga stops this urge to eat again and again. Yoga increases the quality of diet.
If you suffering from any heart problem, diabetes, or stomach problem, practicing yoga daily keeps your heart rate calm, lowers your sugar level, and improvises any kind of stomach problem whether it is acidity, constipation, and gas problem.
If you get infected you fall ill and go to the doctor but in infection, we always become well in 4 or 5 days while if we suffer from any kind of big disease, it is because of our internal imbalance. Yoga balances our internal body and has an authenticity to improvisation in almost any kind of illness whether it is big or not.
We live in a very aggressive world. We wake up in the morning if we are a student we go to college if we are an employee we go to the office. We spend time there and we come back home. We all want to give our 100%. We seek motivation and try to perform better and better. But most of the time we are cheated by our mind. We soon realize that we were distracted by our minds but we can do nothing but regret it. And this cycle goes on every day. We spend nights watching motivational videos on YouTube but still when it comes to performing, we fail to perform. Why we Don’t Like to do Work? Actually, we have had a bad habit since childhood to do things unconsciously and it has become a permanent part of our lives. We are a fan of multitasking. We eat food while using mobile phones or TV, and we have no idea what is the taste of food?
